Come on down to the Firehouse Center on Church Street and pick up a brand-spankin' new, hot off the presses JazzLab Syllabus! This is a guide to all the craziness that will be happening during the Discover Jazz Fest at the Firehouse Center. Everything kicks off tomorrow night with Jazz Insight at 5pm on the Firehouse Plaza in City Hall Park (if it's raining, it'll be in the Firehouse Gallery.) Jazz Insight features Saxophonist Michael Kolodny and vocalist Laura Pierce bringing an interactive performance that defines the elements of jazz. I hear it's an amazing performance.
